Welcome to Meniacc. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.meniacc.com and any purchases made through our website.

This website is operated by Meniacc Enterprise (“Meniacc”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for personal, lawful purposes and to browse or purchase Meniacc products.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.

• Access or collect information from the website using unauthorised automated means.

• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without our permission.

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse access to our website where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

As some Meniacc products and accessories are handmade or individually assembled, minor variations may occur between pieces. These variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

We may update product specifications, designs, packaging or other details from time to time.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve the item. A product may become unavailable before your order is successfully completed.

If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include an alternative product, store credit or a refund for the unavailable item.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided, including your name, contact information and delivery address, is complete and accurate.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.

• Incorrect pricing or product information.

• Product unavailability.

• Payment failure.

• Errors affecting the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change from time to time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for, except where there is an obvious pricing or technical error.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by their destination country.

6. Promotions, Discount Codes & Offers

Promotions, discount codes, free gifts and special offers may be subject to additional terms and availability.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.

• Promotions are valid only during the stated promotional period.

• Free gifts and promotional items are subject to availability.

Meniacc reserves the right to amend or withdraw a promotion where reasonably necessary, including where there has been an error, misuse or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Pre-Orders

Certain Meniacc products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

Any estimated arrival, fulfilment or shipping date provided for a pre-order is an estimate only and may change due to production, customs, logistics or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with an update.

If an order contains both pre-order and ready-stock items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated or arranged.

8. Handmade & Customised Products

Certain Meniacc products, including paracord accessories and customised items, are handmade or made to order and may require additional preparation time.

Minor variations in handmade products may occur and are part of the nature of individually made items.

Personalised or customised products generally cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges, available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email where tracking is available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery or other circumstances attributable to the recipient may be borne by the customer.

10. International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs requirements vary between countries, and Meniacc does not control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.

11. Refunds, Exchanges & Warranty

Refunds, exchanges, damaged items and warranty claims are governed by our Refund, Exchange & Warranty Policy.

Meniacc bags are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the original date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in that policy.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper storage or care, unauthorised modifications, or other damage that is not the result of a manufacturing defect.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including the Meniacc name and branding, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, artwork, text, logos and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Meniacc and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may browse our website and share links to our publicly available pages for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Reproduce or republish our photographs, videos, graphics or written content for commercial purposes.

• Use Meniacc branding, logos or product imagery in a manner that suggests an authorised partnership, endorsement or affiliation where none exists.

• Copy or reproduce our original designs or creative materials for commercial use.

• Modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit our website content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Meniacc intellectual property to you.

13. Customer Content

If you voluntarily tag Meniacc, send us photographs or videos, submit a review, or otherwise share content with us, you continue to own your content.

We will not claim ownership of your personal content merely because you communicate with us.

Where we would like to use customer-created content for advertising or other commercial purposes beyond ordinary social sharing or platform functionality, we may contact you for permission where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe the rights of another person.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers and social media platforms.

These third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Meniacc is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to parts of the website for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meniacc will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products where such losses were not reasonably foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable Malaysian law.

Your use of our website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal information.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.
