Shipping & Delivery Policy

Malaysia Shipping

We currently ship via DHL, Shopee Express, J&T Express and other selected courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

The courier used for each order will be selected by Meniacc based on the destination, parcel size and available delivery services.

Estimated delivery times for ready-stock items:

• Peninsular Malaysia: Approximately 3–5 working days
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Approximately 5–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you via email so you can track the delivery status of your parcel.

Orders with Handmade Paracord Items

Orders containing paracord items require an additional 1–2 weeks of preparation time, as each piece is handmade.

If your order contains both ready-stock and paracord items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Self-Pickup Orders

Self-pickup orders must be collected within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Orders that remain uncollected after this period will be considered abandoned. Meniacc reserves the right to dispose of or resell the item(s), and no refunds, exchanges or replacements will be provided for unclaimed orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Australia.

Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

As customs requirements and charges vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you require further information before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are subject to the courier's operations and may occasionally be affected by delays outside Meniacc's control.
