Shipping

We currently ship within Malaysia via DHL, Poslaju & J&T Express. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on item weight. 

*Choice of courier companies will be at the discretion of our management.

For delivery within Peninsular Malaysia, it takes approximately 3-5 working days.

For delivery within East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak), it takes approximately 5-7 working days.

International shipping

We currently ship to Singapore& Bangkok for items below 7KG via Teleport. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on item weight. Shipping to Singapore/Bangkok will take approximately 3-5 working days subject to custom clearance.

We also ship to Australia via UPS/EMS/Fedex for items below 7KG. Shipping charges will be calculated and shown on the checkout page based on item weight. Shipping to Australia will take approximately 3-5 working days subject to custom clearance.

International Duties & Tax 

International import duties & taxes vary from country to country. The charges will be borne by recipient of parcels i.e buyers. 

Insurance Coverage

As we are not responsible for damages caused during delivery/shipping, we would advise our customers to inform us if they need to purchase additional insurance coverage for their orders by leaving a remark at the checkout page
